Summer Camps

Weekly themes add a primary focus to each week that helps keep camp new and refreshing for campers attending for the 9 weeks of summer.  Regardless of the weekly theme, each week promises to be packed with plenty of games, songs, and exciting activities.  In our opinion, all weeks are FUN weeks.

Ages 4- 12
8:00am – 3:00pm

Bug Mania –Summer just wouldn’t be complete without paying tribute to our tiny, multi-legged, creepy crawling friends affectionately known as BUGS.

Pirates of the Cedars-Adventure awaits us in every port where “X” marks the spot and buried treasure is within reach. We’ll have a swashbuckling good time and nobody has to walk the plank.

Mission Impossible- Suspicion lurks around each corner as mystery and intrigue creep into camp.  We’re calling all secret agents to search for clues, process the evidence, and analyze the findings.

Crazy Camp Olympics – We’re going to put some new twists on our traditional games.  Strive to have your name recorded in the Cedars Book of Camp Records.

Beach Week – Sun filled skies and clear blue waters await your arrival.
Experience our luau beach party. Whiz down the slip n’ slide and get down with limbo.  Bring your water guns and plan on getting wet most of the day.

Around the World in 5 Days – Please turn off all electronics and return your tray tables and seatbacks to their full and upright positions as we embark on a journey around the world.  Each day will take us to new and exciting places.

Wild West – Howdy Partner- let’s giddy up and hit the trail as we head back to yesteryear.  We will have games without batteries, some maps to the old Cedars Gold Mine and a little grub to throw on the campfire along the way.

Amazing Heroes – We will honor everyone from local heroes to super heroes.  Events will include a community safety day, guest speakers, and a super hero
dress up day. Meet members of our local law enforcement, and emergency services.

Survivor - The tribal lines are drawn and spirit fills the  air!  Teams participate in friendly competitions.  Some challenges involve skill and energy while others
involve thought and problem solving.  Group unity and participation are essential.
